# HoBo

> HoBo is an AI-native meta-cloud (pre-release): pack a Bindle once, place it in a Camp that passes your policies, and continuous migration keeps looking for a cheaper valid home. Agents are first-class principals with scoped credentials and an MCP surface with CLI parity.

Key facts:

- Placement is a standing decision — deploy and migrate share plan → gate → converge.
- Primitives: Bindle, App Kits, Camp, Yard, Junction, Station, Trail.
- Public surfaces: `hobo` CLI, MCP tools, Bindle/Camp authoring, ports (EventStore, Queue, Messaging), Gatekeeper, policy, identity, progressive delivery.
- Status honesty lives on the trail map. This site is the public product contract — not an internal inventory.
